Apple Bourbon Butter
I give credit, where credit is due. I used this recipe from Renee’s Kitchen and tweaked it a bit.
- I adjusted the sugar and bourbon to taste (based on my personal preference)
- I cooked it longer until it was the consistency and color I wanted – approx 12 hrs
Note: Cook time will depend on the type of apples you use, how much liquid you have to reduce, and on the temperature you use. But just be patient and it will be delicious!
